I bought sennheiser presence last years but suddenly it’s mic stop working, as during call other person didn’t hear my voice. Please do let me know, how to fix this issue. Thanks

Hi
My headset won´t pair. I doesn´t show on any device. It says "pairing but it just wont show up on any of my phones or computers.
I have tried factory reset and the purple diod is flashing 3 times, but nothing changes.
What else can i try? Please advice

Hi Martin,
Sorry to hear that your Sennheiser Presence is giving you some attitude!
I sounds as though it is stuck somewhere between Pairing mode and the Factory Reset. Can we try turning the Presence off, putting it on the charger for a few minutes then remove it. Now try to pair it again (make sure it is not plugged in to the charger).
1. Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone and set it to scan for a new device 2. Push and hold the on/off button on the headset while sliding the microphone out (powering on the headset) 3. The headset will say “Pairing” and you’ll see a red and blue blinking light on the headset 4. Select “Presence” on your phone’s list of Bluetooth devices 5. When paired the headset will say “Pairing successful” and your phone will show it as pairedIf none of this works, maybe reach out to Epos Audio directly? They may have some other advice to get this headset back to working order.
