Sennheiser MB Pro1 & Pro2 Factory Reset

Here's how to reset your MBPro 1 & 2 headset in case it's having any pairing, connectivity, or sound quality problems.

Factory Reset:
  1. Start with the headset turned off and out of the charger.
  2. Press and hold the multi-purpose button (ON/OFF button) until the headset begins to flash RED/BLUE.
  3. While it's flashing keep holding the multi-function button and then press and hold the mute button for 5 seconds. The light on the headset will flash PURPLE 3x, then go back flashing RED/BLUE
  4. Once the flashing stops, the headset has been reset

If you are still having connectivity issues here are a couple of other things to try:

  • Un-pair your headset from your device and try re-pairing.
  • Reboot your device (PC, Cellphone, tablet).
  • Try a battery reset for the MBPro1 & MBPro2

I have a MBPro1 headset it just stopped working and won’t connect with my computer. IT had tried everything do you have any suggestions?

If the headset doesn’t have power, it’s likely the battery or a charging issue. If it does power on, we suggest “forgetting” the headset in the computer, then trying to re-pair the headset to the computer.
