Shuts Off When Using In Computer Mode - Sennheiser OfficeRunner

Beep...boop. Does your Sennheiser OfficeRunner seem to turn on then turn right back off within a second? If so, we have some troubleshooting you can try!

  • Try plugging the OR into different USB ports. If using a desktop, trying to stay with the ports in the back as opposed to the front. With a laptop, move the USB to a port closest to the power source
  • If you are using a USB hub, try bypassing it and plugging the USB cable directly into the computer
  • Try to enable Always Audio

If it's still not working after that, time to give our Product Support team a call at 800-923-0018!
