Lights on the cube:

Phone button LED: Lit solid when on that mode, Flashing when there is an incoming call

Computer button LED: Lit solid when on that mode, Flashing when there is an incoming call


LED Diamond in the center of cube:

Solid Blue = Headset is turned ON

Solid Red = No Link to the Headset (mic needs to be paired or charged)

Flashing Red = Headset is Muted

No Light = Headset is turned off


Charging Status Lights -

1 Light = 0 - 25% Charge

2 Lights = 25 - 50% Charge

3 Lights = 50 - 75% Charge

4 Lights = 75 - 100% Charge


Headset lights:

Solid Blue = Headset is charging (blue light will go out when its 100% charged). If headset is dead it may take 1-5 minutes to get the blue light to come on

Flashes Red 3x = Headset Needs Recharging

Flashes Blue Slowly = Headset is turned on (you will also see a blue diamond on the cube)

Flashes Blue / Red = Pairing Mode

Flashes Blue / Red CONTINUOUSLY = power surge damage

Blinks Blue 2x = Damaged wires on battery or headset speaker

Blinks Blue 3x = There is no battery in the headset
