If you’re getting sound quality issues in Five9, the issue may be with Five9's automatic microphone adjustment feature. Here are the steps to turn that off:
This should stop the program from trying to adjust the headset microphone and stop the mic audio from cutting in and out.
Note: If you log into Five9 using your browser, like Chrome, we will not have all these options.
