Your Leitner wireless headset should sound great while you use it. However, if this simply isn't the case, then we have some things for you to try that should improve the sound quality.
If it is a new headset, ensure the headset has charged for 4 hours. If not, let it charge and, if it still isn't working properly, try these steps.
Headset still not sounding its best? Give us a call at 1-800-HEADSETS (432-3738). We'll be happy to help you out!

Hello, I got a Leitner headset yesterday and have been using it all morning,
I have some static noise on the line with or without a call.
How do I get that to go away?
Thank you

Hello – I recently purchased a Leitner LH270 headset for work but when I go to call anyone, there’s a high pitch sound (like the old dial up internet or fax machine) coming through. How do I fix this?

Headset Answers replied:
The high pitched noise you’re hearing most likely means the compatibility switch on the bottom of your headset base is set to the wrong number.
For most telephones, you’ll want it set to #1. For Cisco telephones try #4. If it’s any other number, then the high pitched sound you’re hearing can occur.
