Sennheiser OfficeRunner/DW Pro not Charging

Here's a couple of things to try if your OfficeRunner headset is not charging.

• Ensure the microphone is properly sitting on the base. If you have an ear loop on the headset the mic should be on the base with the skinny end pointing up.
• If you wear a headband, ensure the contacts on it are still intact. They can become worn overtime which can keep the headsets from properly charging. Try snapping the microphone out of the headband and charge it with the skinny end pointing up.
• If the headset begins to charge after removing it from the headband, replace the headband. If it's not, try a battery reset.
