Updated by Kamika Royal on Mar 1, 2024

Note: We no longer carry any Sennheiser headphones, so we don't have much information outside of this article. Hopefully this gets you what you need!

Experiencing glitches with your Sennheiser MB660 headset? Let's try one of the resets below!

Sennheiser MB660 Bluetooth headset

Sennheiser MB 660 General Reset

  • Switch the Headset OFF. To do this, turn the earphones outward (so the headset is flat and can go back in its case). It will say “Power Off”
  • Press the Effect Mode button for 4-6 seconds. This is the bottom button on the right side of the headset shown in the image below, Section 2. (the inside of the headband will have R for right and L for left)
  • Please note: After holding the Effect Mode button down for 4-6 seconds it will not give us any light or say anything. To see if the reset worked try pairing the headset to your device, then test

Headset still acting up? We have something else to try!

Clearing Previously Paired Devices

  • Restart the headset by switching it off and on again. To do this, twist the headphones as shown in Section 1 of the first graphic below
  • Press the Effect Mode button for 4-6 seconds. This is the bottom button on the right side of the headset, as shown in Section 2 of the graphic below. You will hear tones and a voice prompt that says “Phone X Disconnected” (X = the name of the device, ex: Phone 1 or Phone 2), the headset will then say “Pairing” and the LED lights on the headsets will flash white in sequence
  • Press the Effect Mode button again for 4-6 seconds until you hear tones and the voice prompt says “Pairing List Cleared.” The LED lights will flash white in sequence. The headset is now permanently disconnected from all devices and will automatically enter pairing mode

The Adapt 660 does not conect with the EPOS connect app… it’s a no-connect app…

We don’t currently carry the Adapt 660, so we don’t have any information on connecting it to the EPOS connect app. For help with this, we’d recommend reaching out to EPOS/Sennheiser. They’re at: 1-877-736-6434.

For me this doesn’t work. It does not go in to pairing mode, also when holding the effects mode button. Reset does not work either or clearing the pairing list.

Please advise

unfortunately when I press the button on my MB 660, it changes effect mode only. It doesn’t disconnect or connect anymore. How can ı fix this problem? There is no other way to pair this device?

Your Effect Mode button will put the headset into pairing mode if you hold it for 4-6 seconds. A single press will only change the mode, you will need to continue to hold it until the headset says “Pairing.”
