What is a HT500? Or HA0021, HA0071, and HA0100?

Looking like a bit of an unfortunate cross between a calculator and a telephone, these little beauties are a lot like our Chattaways. They function much the same way as a stand-alone analog telephone.

So, much like a Chattaway you can assume this:

• On some phone lines they’ll crackle. Some landline phone service loves the Chattaway (and these little things) and many do not
• If the little dialer headset thingie sounds good with your landline, you can definitely get a headset from us for it! Either a wireless headset that will plug in thru the one jack on the side of the base. OR a corded easy connect bundle
• Just like the Chattaway, there is an on/off button on the base it that will pick up and hang up calls
• However, UNLIKE the Chattaway, we really can’t do much troubleshooting with these. If they don’t sound good, and they didn’t get them from here, we can do what we can, but ultimately they need to contact their original seller

Time for a new headset?
