Switching Between Premium Dongle and Premium Plus Base

Here's how to use the same headset for a Premium Headset Plus base or a Premium Dongle for your computer.

Pairing to a Premium Plus Base:

You should just be able to set the headset on the base and have it auto-pair. Try the steps below if it doesn't.

  1. With the headset out of the base, Press and hold the TEL button on the headset base until the FocusLight on the base flashes purple.
  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset until the FocusLight on the headset flashes blue, then purple.
  3. Once both FocusLights have stopped flashing, pairing is complete.

Pairing to a Premium Dongle:
  1. Ensure the headset is unplugged from the charging cord.
  2. Insert the dongle into your device’s USB port.
  3. Press and hold the button on the dongle until the light on the dongle begins to flash, then let go.
  4. Leitner LH400 series wireless DECT Dongle
  5. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset for about 8 seconds until the FocusLight double-flashes blue, then let go.
  6. The headset will then flash purple 5 times and the dongle will continue to flash. Once both stop flashing, pairing is complete!
