Plantronics Savi W740 Wireless Headset
Mode Buttons: These buttons are located at the very top of the headset base. From right to left they are computer, cell phone, and desk phone mode.

Indicator Lights:

  • ____ Orange light: Initiating a connection. If the light never changes from this color, then no connection could be established.
  • ____ Green light: Connection is established and active.
  • ____ Red (flashing) light: Stand by connection -- You may freely flip between modes on the Savi, and it will place the other call on standby (please note your caller will hear silence, this will not place them on hold through your desk phone or softphone)

Bluetooth Pairing Light Status:
  • Flashing red/blue: Headset in pairing mode
  • Flashing blue: Attempting to connect to Bluetooth device (Bluetooth Pairing)
  • Solid blue: Currently connected to a Bluetooth device.

Base Subscription Light Status:
  • Flashing green/red: Primary headset subscription mode activated
  • Solid green: Primary headset is subscribed to the base
  • Solid yellow: Active conference call with guest headsets connected for training
  • Solid red: No headset is subscribed to the base

Charging Light Charging Status:
  • Flashing green: Headset is charging
  • Solid green: Headset is fully charged
