If we have a Customer who is not getting audio on their Leitner headset when connected to their Yealink phone, there's a couple of things we can try.
1. Verify the set up (cords, compat, volumes, lights).
2. Resync the headset.
3. EHS Reset (If there's one connected).
4. Reboot the phone.
How to reboot the phone:
- On T46-T54 models locate the button with an "X" on the phone until it prompts us to reboot it.
