Leitner Premium Dongle Nextiva App Delays

If your Leitner LH470 or LH475 seems to having delays in listening audio with your Nextiva softphone app, a headset resync should fix you right up!

  1. Ensure the headset is unplugged from the charging cord
  2. Insert the dongle into your device's USB port
  3. Press and hold the button on the dongle until the light on the dongle begins to flash, then let go
  4. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset for about 8 seconds until the FocusLight double-flashes blue, then let go

The headset will then flash purple 5 times and the dongle will continue to flash. Once both stop flashing, pairing is complete!
