Leitner Premium Plus and Premium Dongle Flashing Purple While Charging

Leitner Premium Plus and Premium Dongle headsets should not flash purple when charging. If you notice it is, try these steps!

  1. Stop charging the headset by unplugging the headset from the charging cord (Premium Dongle) or removing the headset from the charging base (Premium Plus)
  2. Remove the battery
  3. After 30 seconds or so, put the battery back in (refer to video again if you need to know how it goes in)

This should clear everything up. If not, try a headset resync for the Premium Dongle. If using a Premium Plus, try an unplugged reset.
