When using my poly 5200, I am often told I sound jumbled or muffled. is there some setting that can help me? My legend is always clear as a bell.

While we don’t carry the Plantronics Voyager series or the Poly 5200, our best troubleshooting advice for Bluetooth headsets is to go into your phone’s Bluetooth profile, “forget” or “delete” the Poly 5200 headset, then pair the headset back to the phone again. This will often help clear up issues with Bluetooth connectivity.

If this doesn’t work, then we’d recommend reaching out to Poly at 1-800-544-4660. They should have further troubleshooting steps for you!
