Yealink WH63 Set-Up and Usage

The Yealink WH63 is a convertible USB Wireless headset

NOTE: It does NOT come with an RJ9 connection for desktop telephones. If your desk phone does not have a USB port for headsets, this won't be compatible!

Below are the ports in the back of the headset base:

How to Get Set Up

Computer Set-Up

Use the included USB Cable for this Set-Up

  1. Connect one end of the USB cable to the PC port of the base.
  2. Connect the remaining end of the USB cable to the USB port of the PC.

  1. If needed, check the sound setting in your computer and/or your softphone to set it to the Yealink DECT headset

Desk Phone USB Set-Up
  1. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port of the base.
  2. Connect the remaining end of the USB cable to the USB port of the desk phone.

Compatible Yealink phones will not need an EHS cable or a lifter added on for remote answering!
