Many phones have a headset button with a picture of a headset on it, but certain 101Voice IP phones do not. However, they have a "refresh" button that performs the same function when a headset is plugged into the headset jack!
So all you need to do is turn on your headset (if it is wireless), then press the headset button on the phone! If you have the Leitner EHS for Grandstream and Ooma phones, you can use this article to get yourself set up!
