- Guest headsets can exit the call by turning the headset off (PRESS CALL CONTROL)
- When the MASTER headset ends the call all headsets will drop out.
Is there a solution if I'm using a lifter or EHS cord?
Absolutely! The lifter must remain in the up position - remember to keep it up.
Make sure to end the call using the buttons on their phone, not the headset.
