What Does a Flashing Red Light on the Premium Plus/Premium Dongle Mean?

Premium Dongle

  • If your LH400 series is charging via USB cord, the flashing red light means it's got less than a 20% charge.
  • When we disconnect the dongle, the headset will flash red. After 5 minutes, the headset will stop flashing and be in sleep mode.
    • If we reconnect the dongle before the 5-minute mark, the flashing red light will go away, and we can turn on the headset to continue using it.

How to get out of sleep mode:

  1. Plug the dongle into a USB port on your computer.
  2. Then, press and hold the on/off button on the headset until the FocusLight begins to flash purple, then let go.
  3. Once it stops flashing your headset and dongle should be ready to go.

LH570 Wireless Office Headset

Premium Plus

If your LH500/600 series headset is flashing red, it means the power to the base is unplugged. The headset will flash red for up to 5 minutes. If we reconnect the power within 5 minutes, the flashing red light will go away, and we can turn on the headset to continue using it.

If disconnected longer than 5 minutes, the headset has gone to sleep and the red light will stop flashing. You will then need to wake it up.

Getting Premium Plus out of sleep mode:

  1. Plug the power back into the headset, making sure it is also plugged into an outlet
  2. Place the headset in the charger
  3. It should automatically sync back up and wake up from sleep mode
