What do the different beeps mean on the CS50 / CS55 / CS55 Micro / CS70(N) / CS351(N) / CS361(N)?

Please note that all of these headsets are discontinued. We are no longer able to get parts for any of these headsets. We're sorry about that!

1 beep means:

  • Low battery every 10 seconds or so.

2 beeps means:

  • Out of range

3 beeps means:

  • Incoming call with HL10 lifter
  • Mute is on if beeps happen every 15 Seconds
  • Error message
    • Try recharging the battery for at least 1 hour to see if the beep disappears
    • Unplug the power and plug it back in to see if this helps the headset connect to the base
    • Still having trouble? It may be time for a new headset! We'd suggest the Leitner LH570!
