Here are some tips from Nuance to help you out with your freezing issue!
1a) For Windows: hit the Start button on the bottom left corner of your screen and select All Programs then...
1b) For Mac: hit COMMAND+F and then type in “Nuance” then...
2) For both: Select Nuance, then select Dragon Naturally Speaking. Go to Users then delete the folder for the profile that is causing the trouble. You can ALWAYS make new profiles in Dragon!
