We've found 2 scenarios where we may be restricted from adjusting the listening volume on the LH570 or LH575.
When we are in PC mode and get a call on the desk phone and we answer the call remotely, we won’t be able to adjust the speaker volume using our headset. When we attempt to it will increase the pc audio. For the time being if this happens, we’ll want to increase the volume on the phone.
Another case where this will happen is if we start on PC mode with our headset turned on and then switch to phone mode. When we take the next call, we won’t be able to adjust the volume on the headset using the +/- button on it. We’ll need to do it on the phone.
Luckily this has been fixed!
This issue applies to LH570's with serial numbers ranging from 23L0500101-23L0620001.
For the LH575's this applies to units with serial numbers ranging from 23L0700101-23L0740001.
