Temporary Pairing Leitner LH500/600 Headsets for Training

Updated by Kamika Royal on Jul 18, 2024

Here's how to pair any LH500/600 series headsets together for training.

  1. Turn on the primary headset
  2. Turn the secondary headset off and place in the charging base. (The secondary headset's FocusLight will flash purple a few times and then it will begin flashing blue)
  3. Once you see the blue flashing light, take the headset off the base
  4. You'll hear a series of three (3) beeps in the primary headset (High pitch - lower pitch - high pitch) and the secondary headset will automatically turn on
  5. The headset should now be paired as a secondary device

Note: If you fall into any of the scenarios below, you will need to do the permanent pairing for training steps.

  • You want to be able to turn off one or both of the headsets between calls
  • You need to pair Premium Plus headsets with a Premium Lite (LH200/300) base or vice versa
  • You have an Electronic hookswitch (EHS) cable or handset lifter attached to your phone

Need help with these steps? Give us a call at 1-800-432-3738. We'll make sure you're paired up and ready to go!
