Sennheiser EPOS and Missing Drivers

If you get a message from EPOS or Windows saying they can't find the right driver, then you may want to follow these instructions!

So, if you are either...

• Plugging in a USB headset and getting an error message saying the computer is missing a sound driver

OR

• Trying to install EPOS Connect and getting an error message that the computer is missing a DLL file (or any other Windows error message with EPOS Connect)

You should REFER TO YOUR IT DEPARTMENT.

If a computer is missing a driver we do NOT want to encourage you to download anything on your own. There is a lot of malware (malware = viruses and other bad computer stuff!) out there masquerading as driver files that could kill your computer. We don’t want you to download the wrong thing!

AGAIN, WE RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT YOUR IT DEPARTMENT.

If you work from home, you can contact the company you bought your computer from (like Dell for example) for support.
