If the headset base is clicking and the battery lights disappear when you take the headset off the charging cube, then you have DISCO LIGHTS and you should boogie on down to the PS Team for a firmware update at 800-923-0018!
If the headset base is continually clicking but the lights aren’t doing anything weird, then first try moving the power cord to another outlet. If it’s still clicking continually, but the lights aren't changing, then the base is most likely dead. You’ll need to either replace it under warranty or purchase a new headset.
