Scheduled tickets.
We must pay attention to the scheduled callback times set by our Headset Advisors.
That’s when our Customers have said they have the time to work on their headsets, let’s help them out by abiding by the times set. J
When entering a note with the scheduled time in the ticket please use the following format:
SCHED DATE TIME CST/TIME PST
Example: SCHED 5/29 9 CST/7 PST
mon = blue
tues = pink
wed = green
thurs = orange
fri = purple
