RingCentral Error: "Access to your microphone is blocked"

If you see this message, it means there's a setting in RingCentral that needs to be changed. This is advanced, so you should get your IT Team to fix this for you.

Here is an article straight from RingCentral that will help your IT person fix this issue.

In the meantime, you can temporarily fix the issue by unplugging the headset, restarting the computer, then plugging the headset back in. Once you can get someone to fix the settings in the RingCentral, you shouldn't experience this issue anymore.
