Polycom Phone Won't Switch to EHS Mode

Polycom phone stuck in a different EHS mode than you need?

We know how to change the settings in Polycom phones to make them work with EHS cables (Here is an example of the setup with Leitner Wireless). However, sometimes the phone will get stuck in either regular mode or Plantronics EHS mode, and no matter how many times you try to change it, the phone reboots, then reverts to the original setting.

This is a phone problem, as no matter what is plugged into the phone, it should be able to go into any mode that we want it to. For this problem, you may need to reach out to your phone provider to find out what the issue could be. When it is stuck like this, replacing the headset will not do anything.
