The CS500 series headsets use the Plantronics Electronic Hookswitch for Aastra & Siemens Phones to work with the following Siemens phones:
OpenStage 40
OpenStage 60
OpenStage 80
Optipoint 410 (all models)
Optipoint 420 (all models)
Optipoint 500 (all models)
Optipoint 600 (all models)
The Optipoint phones do NOT have a headset jack and require an “Acoustic Adapter” to connect with these phones. This is not a part that we carry and would need to be ordered through your phone vendor
The OpenStage phone models do not require and adapter.
