Outlook Hotkeys

Here is a list of basic hotkeys to help speed things up in Outlook!

  • CTRL + N = Opens up a new email
  • CTRL + R = Replies to selected email
  • CTRL + F = Forwards selected email
  • ALT + S = Sends email
  • CTRL + S = Saves draft
  • CTRL + K = Adds an attachment
  • CTRL + C = Copies text
  • CTRL + X = Cuts text (like CTRL + C, except it deletes the text from where you're coping it from)
  • CTRL + V = Pastes copied/cut text
