Multiple Mic Pairing Instructions - Sennheiser

Updated by Matt Burnaford on Jul 26, 2024

These instructions apply to the DW Pro1, DWPro2, and OfficeRunner headsets. We can pair an additional 3 headsets to 1 base (for a total of 4) for training purposes.

Pairing Additional Headsets
  1. Turn on the HOST headset (the blue light should be lit in the center of the cube) and put it on your ear, you’ll be listening for beeps.
  2. Put the GUEST headset in the base. It will flash RED/BLUE.
  3. When the headset goes solid blue, immediately remove the GUEST headset from the base.
  4. When you hear the HOST headset chime, press the ON/OFF button on the HOST headset.
  5. The GUEST Headset is now added to the call!
  6. Repeat as needed.
Removing Additional Headsets
  • Guest headsets can exit the call by turning the headset off (press ON/OFF button).
  • When the host headset is placed back on its cube or is turned off, all conferenced headsets will disconnect.
