Checked the basic set up and can't seem to get audio through the headset?
We found if there's already a headset paired to the phone via Bluetooth, then the audio will always try to default to the BT connection over the physical one (through the handset or headset jack).
To fix it all we need to do is un-pair the BT headset from the phone. While we don't have the instructions for this, Customer may be able to do it on their own or they can reach out to their system admin.
Once no headsets are paired to the phone, test it out.
