If you can't get your battery lights to work, here are a few troubleshooting steps to check out!
When we put a battery into the headset, the headset itself should flash after about 5 seconds to show that we put it in correctly.
Leitner Premium Lite Unplugged Reset (LH200/300 series)
Leitner Premium Plus Unplugged Reset (LH500/600 series)
Note: If we discover the battery is puffy during the unplugged reset, we should either replace the battery (if we can remove it from the headset) or the mic (if we can't remove it from the headset).
