Follow these simple steps to get yourself back in action!

  • Go to tools
  • Go to options
  • Go to sound devices
  • Make sure the Plantronics headset is chosen as the headset choice in the “Audio In” and “Audio Out” and “Ringing” section.

And that should be it!
