While in UniBase mode with some of our 570/575 headsets the FocusLight on the base will not turn purple when we mute. The headset does turn purple and the mute does go into effect, but the light on the base remains blue.
Luckily this has been resolved!
This issue applies to LH570's with serial numbers ranging from 23L0500101-23L0620001.
For the LH575's this applies to units with serial numbers ranging from 23L0700101-23L0740001.
