Use these instructions to enable your Leitner headset to answer your 3CX calls simply by using your Leitner’s on/off button. If you have any questions our friendly support team is here to help at
To configure call control with 3CX, first, ensure your Leitner Headset is connected to your computer via the included USB cable or USB dongle. Then, follow these steps:
You should now be able to answer and end 3CX calls by pressing the ON/OFF button on your headset!
