Leitner Wireless Headset Won't Power Off

If your Leitner Wireless headset won’t power off no matter how many times you press the power button, try this out:

 

  1. Put the base in Computer Mode
  2. Press and hold the Computer Mode button on the base
  3. When you see the Computer Mode button flash once, release it
  4. The power button on your headset can now be used as normal

 

If this doesn't work, you can also try opening the headset, removing the battery, then putting it back in:
