Leitner Wireless Base Has No Lights

Try the steps below if you're not seeing any lights on your headset base.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Ensure the power cord is plugged in properly on both ends
  2. Move the power cord into a different power outlet. If plugged into a power strip, move to another port on the strip, or directly into the wall.
  3. Try a different power cord. This will tell us if's the cord or the base with the issue.
