Leitner Premium Plus Headset Won't Unmute

If you find that your LH500 or LH600 series base goes back to blue but the headset stays purple after unmuting, try this.

Unplugged Reset:

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the base
  2. Remove the battery
  3. Put the battery back in and plug the power cord back into the headset base
  4. Press and hold the TEL button on the headset base until the FocusLight on the base flashes purple
  5. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset until the FocusLight on the headset flashes blue, then purple
  6. Once both FocusLights have stopped flashing, the reset is complete
