Leitner Premium Plus or Dongle FocusLight not Lighting

If your LH400, LH500, or LH600 series headset seems to turn on and work, but the FocusLight doesn't light up, here are some steps you can take to fix it:

Troubleshooting steps for LH400 Series:
  1. Disconnect the dongle from the computer
  2. Remove the battery from the headset
  3. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the dongle back into the computer and put the battery back in the headset
  4. Resync the dongle and headset
    1. Press and hold the button on the dongle until the light on the dongle begins to flash, then let go
    2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset for about 8 seconds until the FocusLight double-flashes blue, then let go
    3. The headset will then flash purple 5 times and the dongle will continue to flash. Once both stop flashing, the pairing is complete!
Troubleshooting steps for LH500/600 Series:
  1. Try an Unplugged Reset
    1. Disconnect the power cord from the headset base
    2. Remove the battery from the headset
    3. Put the battery back in and plug the power cord back into the headset base
    4. Press and hold the TEL button on the headset base until the FocusLight flashes purple
    5. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset until the FocusLight flashes
    6. Once both lights have gone out the reset has been complete
