Leitner Premium Plus and Premium Dongle Earpad Replacement Steps

Find out how to replace the earpads on your Leitner LH400/500/600 series headset.



  • Flip the microphone boom straight up and place your thumb in the gap between the ear cushion and headband.
  • Pull the ear cushion gently and firmly away from the speaker. It will gently snap away when disconnecting.
  • To connect the ear cushion, look for the plastic nobs on the inner ring of the ear cushion. Line these up with the receiving notches on the speaker, then press firmly. The cushion will snap back on.
