Leitner Premium Plus and Dongle Wireless Headsets: Volume Controls

If you want to increase or decrease the sounds of people talking to you, you will want to change the speaker volume on the headset itself.

Note: Headset will need to be turned on for this to work.

To increase speaker volume: Click the volume up button above where the microphone connects to the headset.

To decrease speaker volume: Click the volume down button below where the microphone connects to the headset.

To mute the microphone: Press and hold either the volume up or volume down button for 1 second. You will hear a double beep and the FocusLight on the headset & base will turn purple. Do the same thing to re-enable the microphone, which will give you a single beep and the FocusLight on the headset will go back to solid blue.

While muted, you will hear a beep every 5 minutes to remind you that it is muted.

Changing Mic Volume (Premium Plus LH500/600 series only)

If you want to increase or decrease your speaking volume, we will be looking under the Premium Plus charging base! There isn't a way to change the microphone volume on Leitner Dongle headsets, either on the headsets themselves or through the PC/Mac/Tablet settings. Sorry!
