Leitner Premium Dongle Unresponsive

If you can't get your Leitner LH470/475 to light up at all, or if you see a purple flashing light when the headset is charging, give these steps a try:

1. Disconnect the dongle from the computer
2. Remove the battery from the headset
3. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the dongle back into the computer and put the battery back in the headset
4. Resync the dongle and headset
   1. Press and hold the button on the dongle until the light on the dongle begins to flash, then let go
   2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset for about 8 seconds until the FocusLight double-flashes blue, then let go
   3. The headset will flash purple 5 times and the dongle will continue to flash. Once both stop flashing, the pairing is complete
