There is not a way to adjust the microphone volume on the Leitner LH470 and LH475 by using the buttons on the headset or in the computer settings.
The speaker volume can be increased or decreased by pressing the volume buttons (shown below) on the headset.
The mute button on the headset and mute features on your computer also still work! To mute or unmute your mic from your headset, simply press either of the volume buttons (shown below) for 1 second until you hear a beep.
