You can't adjust the microphone volume on the Leitner LH470 and LH475, either on the headset itself or in the PC/Mac/Tablet settings.
You can, however, increase/decrease the speaker volume by pressing the buttons above and below the on/off button. The one above will increase your listening volume and the one below will make everything quieter.
