Leitner LH300/600 series failing to pair via Bluetooth

Give the steps below a try if your LH300 or LH600 series headset is failing to pair after multiple attempts.

  1. If your headset was previously paired, try forgetting the headset on your device (cell phone, tablet, PC, etc) and then starting the pairing process over again.
  2. Reboot your device (Cell, PC, Desk phone etc.) It's amazing what a restart can fix!
  3. Try an unplugged reset: Click here for the LH300 headset & Click here for the LH600s
