Leitner LH300/600 Series Bluetooth Setup Instructions

The phone and computer set-up is exactly like setting up a Leitner LH270. Just in case you need a refresher, check out this article!

Bluetooth Setup:

Make sure the headset is OFF for the following steps. You can’t pair to Bluetooth when the headset is on!

Note: If you are upgrading from a Leitner LH300 series headset to a Premium Plus LH600 series model, you will need to go into your Bluetooth settings and delete the "DECT Headset" option before pairing your new LH600 series headset.

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your device (phone, tablet, computer)

• To access the Bluetooth menu on most PCs open start menu
• Click Settings (gear wheel)
• Select Devices
• Select Bluetooth & other devices, make sure the Bluetooth "ON" button is selected.

1. Hold down the Bluetooth button on the top of the headset base (middle button) for three seconds until the blue LED light starts flashing on the right-hand side of the base, then let go
2. Select “DECT Headset” on your device (phone, tablet, computer)
3. The blue LED light on your base will go solid once it’s successfully connected

• To answer cell phone calls while on Bluetooth mode, just click on the On/Off button on headset
• If you have an EHS cord or Lifter and get a call via Bluetooth you should hit the button on the base NOT the headset if you're already on a call (to keep you from getting disconnected from the desk phone call)

You’ll need to leave your cell phone or tablet next to the headset base. Your Bluetooth device can only travel about 40 feet away from the Leitner base. However, you will get the full range of 350 feet if you take your headset away from the base and leave your cell phone or tablet next to the base.
