We have noticed that the Cisco 8811 had a firmware update that is causing issues with the EHS
Issues may include (but not limited to):
The only solution we currently have is to revert the Cisco 8811 to the previous firmware, which needs to be done by IT.
We do not know what walking back the firmware will do to the rest of their system, so use this information with caution and consult a professional before doing this.
