Leitner Avaya Bundle Setup

Set Up:

• Connect the headset and quick disconnect (QD) cord together
• Plug the phone end into the headset jack of the back of your Avaya phone
• On the headset, make sure the two notches with 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 in there to 2 & 3, though it can be different depending on you phone model, so you may need to test the combinations
• On the QD cord, check out the box in the middle of the cord and make sure it is set to 6 or 7. You may need to test both settings to see what works best for you

Troubleshooting:

It’s usually compat! If 6 in the cord doesn’t work, try 7. If neither of these are working, try the compat in the QD snap. Play around with the 2 compats until you get 2 way sound.
