To adjust the volume level, use the cellular phone's volume controls while you're on an active call. The Jawbone ICON will remember the volume level until you change it again. There is no volume button on the headset.
If you are using thsi in A2DP mode, the talk button will raise and lower the volume. Press and hold "Talk" and it'll cycle through all the volume levels.
