Fading audio in an AT&T Marathon Headset

While there is no specific reset for this headset, we have noticed removing the battery does the trick.

How to perform a battery reset:
  1. Disconnect the power cord from the headset base.
  2. Remove the battery from the headset.
    1. Begin by removing the ear loop or headband.
    2. Then squeeze the sides of the battery door to get it to open.
    3. Squeeze the sides of the Marathon battery door to get it to open
    4. Once the door is opened, gently pull the red and black cords to unplug the battery.
  3. Wait 20 seconds, then reconnect the battery and replace the battery door.
  4. Put the headset back in the base.
  5. Reconnect the power cable to the base.

Let the headset charge for 3 hours before testing your headset.
